Detective Bennie Chan (Jackie Chan) is investigating lunge a criminal sinidikat in Hong Kong. Bennie then seek assistance to a gambler named Connor Watts (Johnny Konxville), which is also being targeted by the syndicate for being witnesses a murder they did. Bennie tried to bring Connor back to Hong Kong, while avoiding the pursuit of the mafia wants to kill them. two of them were soon faced with the adventures of the plains surrounding the tension-filled china at once laughable.
