Taking after a security issue at the spaceport including an antique firearm inside Char's bag, Édouard and Char switch their garments and Char loads onto Édouard's flight, which is disrupted by Zeon powers. Having faked his demise at the expense of his companion, Édouard expect the part of Char and experiences preparing as a Zeon officer.
