In the wake of experiencing each other while pursuing a Gamma, Takeru and Shinnosuke are tossed 10 years into the past after a break in space-time all of a sudden opens. Shinnosuke experiences Mr. Belt before they had initially met while Takeru discovers his dad, Ryu Tenkuji, preceding he passed away. Then, the Roidmude have resuscitated in the present. Kamen Riders Specter and Mach cooperate in a urgent endeavor to stop them. As though he were Mach's gatekeeper soul, Kamen Rider Chaser touches base to offer assistance.
